What we collect
If you join the launch list, we store your email address, selected product interest, signup time and the consent version you accepted. We do not collect payment information through the launch signup.
Why we collect it
We use this information to manage the launch list and send MOMENTUM launch and collection updates. Joining is optional and does not place an order.
Order and payment information
Stripe processes your payment and collects the contact and shipping details needed to handle your order. We store order identifiers, email, name, shipping details, payment status and product choices for fulfillment and support. We do not store full card numbers. Order information may be shared with fulfillment providers as needed to ship your purchase.
Where it is stored
Signup and order records are held in our hosted site database. Access to order and signup dashboards is restricted to the site owner.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your signup, or stop receiving updates, by emailing kingmoxubusiness@gmail.com. Please use the email address you signed up with so we can identify the record.
Cookies and local storage
The storefront uses local storage to remember your animation preference. The launch form sends your signup to our server. No advertising pixels or analytics trackers have been added to this site.
Other websites
Links to Instagram and YouTube take you to other services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services.
Text updates
Text signup stores your mobile number, consent version, source page and signup time. SMS consent is separate from email consent and is not a condition of purchase. SMS opt-ins remain pending verification until a messaging service confirms the number. We do not sell SMS consent. Contact kingmoxubusiness@gmail.com to withdraw consent or request deletion.
